On Tuesday, June 6, 2017, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the recommendation by the Deputy Chief Licence Inspector to revoke the Business Licence issued to Van De Nguyen, for business premises located at 2234 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Assistant Director, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. Tony Lagemaat, Lawyer, Johnson Doyle Sugarman & Ferguson, will represent Mr. Nguyen. A Vietnamese interpreter will also be in attendance at the hearing.
