On January 31, 2017, Council referred discussion and decision on this matter to the Regular Council meeting on February 7, 2017, as Unfinished Business. On that day, subsequent to the close of public comments concerning this application, Council directed staff to further investigate the implications of the public comments received at the Public Hearing. Please see the memo below for further information:
Based on additional work, on March 28, 2017, staff returned to Council, with the recommendation that the Public Hearing be reopened to allow for further public comment. Staff also proposed changes to Appendix A referenced in the original recommendations contained in the Council report dated December 13, 2016. The proposed changes are set out in the memo linked below:
