1. Business Licence Applicant: Ngoc Hoa "Eva" Lam - 325 East Broadway
On Tuesday, October 4, 2016, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the decision of non-support by the Deputy Chief Licence Inspector for the Business Licence Application for the business premises located at 325 East Broadway, Vancouver, BC, should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Assistant Director of Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. William Jessop, Barrister and Solicitor, will represent Ms. Lam. A Vietnamese interpreter will also be in attendance at the hearing.
