Appointment to Vancouver Economic Commission

RESOLVED AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION that Patrice Impey be appointed as an Ordinary Member and Director of the Society so long as she holds the position of General Manager, Finance, Risk and Business Planning.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinary resolution is now formally approved by the Honorary Members of the Society as of the 6th day of April, 2016.

Affordable Home Ownership – Review of Legal Models

THAT Council direct staff to seek Vancouver Charter amendments from the Province to authorize affordable home ownership programs, including but not limited to restricted market, second mortgage and shared ownership models.
