1. Lakhvir Sidhu
On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the Chief Constable’s refusal to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Lakhvir Sidhu should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Mr. Sidhu will represent himself.
2. Bhagat Sandhu
On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the Chief Constable’s refusal to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Bhagat Sandhu should be upheld or overturned.
