On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the recommendation by the Chief Licence Inspector to revoke the 2014 business licence issued to TCC Trading Ltd., for business premises located at 38 East Pender Street, Vancouver, BC, should be upheld or overturned.
Robert LeBlanc, Litigator - By-law Prosecutions, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Suvath Phaphon, Owner, TCC Trading Ltd., will represent himself.
