1. Adarshpal Hundal
On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the Chief Constable’s refusal to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Adarshpal Hundal should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Mark Rowan, Affleck Hira Burgoyne LLP, will represent Mr. Hundal.
2. Harvinder Singh Battu
On Tuesdsay, July 15, 2014, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in Council Chamber to determine whether or not the Chief Constable’s refusal to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Harvinder Singh Battu should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Mr. Battu will represent himself.
