1. Tanoli Convenience Store – 302 Carrall Street
On Tuesday, June 24, 2014, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the suspension by the Chief Licence Inspector of the 2013 business licence issued to Tanoli Enterprises Inc., doing business as Tanoli Convenience Store, for business premises located at 302 Carrall Street, Vancouver, BC, should be upheld or overturned.
Robert LeBlanc, Litigator - By-law Prosecutions, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Umer Nawaz, Owner, Tanoli Enterprises Inc., will represent himself.
