1. DELEGATIONS CONCERNING ERRORS
Attached are the special assessment notification letters that were sent on November 19, 2013, to the assessed property owners within the following Business Improvement Areas (BIAs):
a. Gastown Business Improvement Area;
b. Mount Pleasant Business Improvement Area;
c. Point Grey Village Business Improvement Area;
d. South Granville Business Improvement Area;
e. Victoria Drive Business Improvement Area;
f. Yaletown Business Improvement Area.
Under Section 511 of the Vancouver Charter, Council, sitting as a Court of Revision, will hear from assessed property owners regarding errors in the names of the owners of the property and the measurements of the property, including the frontage or any other property measurement, and any variation applied pursuant to Section 508 (g) and (j) of the Vancouver Charter.
