1. Hastings Coin Operated Service

On Tuesday, February 4, 2014, a Business Licence Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the suspensions by the Chief License Inspector of the 2013 business licenses 13-15676 and 13-163081 issued to Hastings Coin Operated Service (the “Licensee”), for business premises located at 643 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Hubert Gawley, Myers McMurdo Karp & Patey, will represent the Licensee.
