1. Balbir Singh Sehra
On Tuesday, November 12, 2013, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the Chief Constable’s refusal to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Balbir Singh Sehra should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Mr. Sehra will represent himself.
