1. Gurcharan Singh Dhaliwal
On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the refusal of the Chief Constable to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to the Applicant, Gurcharan Singh Dhaliwal should be upheld or overturned.
Ian Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Applicant will represent himself.
2. Devinder Dhillon
On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the refusal of the Chief Constable to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to the Applicant, Devinder Dhillon should be upheld or overturned.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Applicant will represent himself.
3. Johen Iqbal
On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the refusal of the Chief Constable to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to the Applicant, Johen Iqbal, should be upheld or overturned.
