1. DELEGATIONS CONCERNING ERRORS
Attached are the special assessment notification letters that were sent on January 31, 2013, to the assessed owners of the following Business Improvement Areas:
a. Dunbar Village Business Improvement Area (BIA)
b. Robson Street Business Improvement Area
Under Section 511 of the Vancouver Charter the Court of Revision will hear complaints from assessed property owners of the Dunbar Village and Robson Street BIAs concerning errors with respect to the names of the assessed owners and the length of the frontage or other measurements of the parcel.
