1. Bahadur Singh Gosal
On Wednesday, June 20, 2012, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief Constable of the 2012 Chauffeur’s Permit issued to Bahadur Singh Gosal (the “Permit Holder”).
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Jamie Gopaulsingh, Lindsay, Kenney LLP, will represent the Permit Holder.
