On April 16, 2012, Council approved items 1 and 2, and referred discussion and decision of item 3 to the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Subesequently, due to time constraints, Council referred discussion and decision to the Regular Council Meeting following the Standing Committee on Planning, Transportation and Environment meeting on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
