On Wednesday, April 4, 2012, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief Licence Inspector of the 2012 Business Licence issued to Champion Pizza Inc. carrying on the business known as Yadi’s Eatery (the “Licensee”), located at 1181 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”).
Robert Penkala, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Larry Smeets, Smeets Law Corporation will represent the Licensee.
