On Thursday, October 6, 2011, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2011 business license # 11-144146 issued to Al Karim Khaki (the “Licensee”) to carry on the business known as Planet Rock located at 1051 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Robert Penkala, Solicitor, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. L.M. Candido, Barrister and Solicitor, will represent Al Karim Khaki.
