On Tuesday, October 4, 2011, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2011 business license #11-147978 issued to Lisa Hoang and Brian Hoang (the Licensees), doing business as Gold Train Express Vietnamese (2005) Ltd., located at Unit 310 – 3320 Kingsway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the Premises).
Robert Penkala, Solicitor, Legal Services, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensees will represent themselves.
