On Wednesday, September 14, 2011 a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2011 City of Vancouver business license granted to Nooruddin Jelati (the “Licensee”), doing business as the Noor Market for the business premises located at 289 East Hastings, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”), should be suspended.
Robert Penkala, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Mr. Nooruddin Jelati will represent himself.
