1. Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing - Sardul Singh Pooni
On Wednesday, April 13, 2011, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the decision by the Chief Constable to cancel the Chauffeur’s Permit for Sardul Singh Pooni should be upheld.
Robert Penkala, Barrister and Solicitor, will represent the City of Vancouver. Danny, Markovitz, Barrister and Solicitor, will represent the appellant.
