On Thursday, February 3, 2011, a Chauffeur’s Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the refusal of the Chief Constable to issue a Chauffeur’s Permit to Chander Mohan Chopra should be upheld or overturned.
Robert Penkala, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Applicant will represent himself.
