UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. REZONING: 1569 West 6th Avenue
At the Public Hearing held on October 19, 2010, Vancouver City Council heard from speakers on the above-noted Policy report to rezone 1569 West 6th Avenue from C-3A (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District, to increase the density from 3.00 to 4.95 FSR to permit construction of a 15-storey primarily residential building.
The Public Hearing on this application was concluded and Council agreed to refer questions to staff, discussion and decision on this report to the Regular Council meeting immediately following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2010, as Unfinished Business.
Council members are requested to retain the following material contained in the October 19, 2010 Public Hearing agenda package (as Item No. 6):
