1. Bao Holdings Limited dba Saigon 8 located at 630 Kingsway
On Thursday, June 10, 2010, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2010 City of Vancouver business license granted to Bao Holdings Limited doing business as Saigon 8 (the “Licensee”), for business premises located at 630 Kingsway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be suspended or revoked.
Robert Penkala, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Cuong Bao Le will represent himself.
