1. 2010 Operating Budget - Final Estimates
At its Regular Meeting on December 1, 2009, Vancouver City Council received a Report Reference on the proposed 2010 Operating Budget and public consultation update. Council’s decisions “in principle” regarding the Budget were referred to a Special Council meeting on December 3, 9, and 14, 2009, in order to hear from speakers. Council’s discussion and decision on the 2010 Operating Budget Final Estimates were referred to a Special Council Meeting on December 18, 2009.
Accordingly, the attached Administrative Report A1 dated December 17, 2009 
, entitled “2010 Operating Budget - Final Estimates” refers (Limited Distribution).
