1. Avalon Sunsplash Ltd., dba Marc Emery’s Cannabis Culture Headquarters (Retail Store) at 307 West Hastings Street
On Tuesday, September 22, 2009, a reconvening Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not City of Vancouver business licences should be granted to Avalon Sunsplash Ltd (the “Licence Applicant”), for a Retail Dealer at 307 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. (Note: applications for 303 and 316 West Hastings Street were withdrawn by the Licensee on July 21, 2009.)
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Kirk I. Tousaw, Barrister will represent Avalon Sunsplash Ltd.
