1. Pho Thanh Hong Restaurant Ltd.

On Thursday, July 9, 2009, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2009 City of Vancouver business licenses granted to Pho Thanh Hong Restaurant Ltd. doing business as Pho Thanh Hong Restaurant (the “Licensee”), for business premises located at 3883 Rupert Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensees, with the aid a Vietnamese Interpreter, will represent themselves.
