1. The Only Fish and Oyster Cafe

On Wednesday, June 10, 2009, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2009 City of Vancouver business license granted to Wendy Mei Wah Wong and Ching Ming Wu doing business as The Only Fish and Oyster Cafe (the “Licensees”), for business premises located at 20 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.
Tom Zworski, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Licensees, with the aid of a Cantonese interpreter, will represent themselves.
