Appointment to E-Comm Board of Directors

THAT Council re-appoint Ms. Cindy Grauer as the City’s E-Comm Board member for the 2009 - 2010 term.

Environmental Investigation and remediation costs of twelve (12) City-owned development sites – City/Provincial Social and Supportive Housing Partnership

A. THAT Council approve expenditure of up to s.17(1) for costs associated with the removal of hazardous materials. Source of funds to be the Affordable  Housing Fund.
B. THAT Council approve expenditure of up to s.17(1) for costs associated with soil remediation. Source of funds to be the Property Endowment Fund.
