On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, the Business License Hearing to determine whether or not the 2009 City of Vancouver business license granted to Fox Enterprises Ltd. doing business as Fox Theatre (the ‘Licensee’), for business premises located at 2321 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked will reconvene in the Council Chamber at 9:30 a.m..
Tom Zworski, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Xiaohua “Lisa” Huang, President, Fox Enterprises Ltd., will be represented by her lawyer, D. Stuart Gray.
