Lease Renewal of City-owned Office/Commercial Premises situated at 675-691 East Broadway and 2411 Fraser Street to Pacific Community Resources Society
THAT Council approve a lease renewal of the ground floor office/commercial premises situated at 675-691 East Broadway& 2411 Fraser Street, to Pacific Community Resources Society on the following terms and conditions:
Term: The renewal term of the lease shall be five (5) years commencing May 1, 2009.
Rent: The rent for the renewal term of the lease shall [ … ], to be credited to the PEF.
Use: The premises are to be used for offices and training facilities and for no other purpose.
Taxes & Operating Costs: The tenant shall pay in addition to rent their proportionate share of taxes, water rates, and operating [ … ], to be credit to the PEF.
Parking: The tenant shall be entitled to the use of eleven (11) parking stalls located on the premises.
The relevant report remains sensitive and cannot be released.
