On Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 7:30 p.m., a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2008 City of Vancouver business licenses granted to Thi Giang Vo doing business as Star Night Vietnamese Restaurant (the “Licensee”), for a Restaurant Class 1 and Dining Lounge located at #101 – 1638 East Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be suspended or revoked.
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Johannes H. Schenk, lawyer, will represent Thi Giang Vo, who will be aided by a Vietnamese interpreter.
