On Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2008 City of Vancouver business licenses granted to Thi Giang Vo doing business as Star Night Vietnamese Restaurant (the “Licensee”), for a Restaurant Class 1 and Dining Lounge located at #101 – 1638 East Broadway, Vancouver British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be suspended or revoked.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Thi Giang Vo will represent herself.
