Sale of City-owned Parcel G at Helmcken and Richards

A. THAT Council authorize the Director of Real Estate Services to proceed with the sale of City-owned lot legally described as Parcel G District Lot 541 Group 1 New Westminster District Plan LMP29518 (“Parcel G”, the same as shown hatched on the plan attached as Appendix A to the Administrative Report Sale of City-owned Parcel G at Helmcken and Richards, dated May 27, 2008), PID: 023-512-750 to the owner of the adjacent properties, 0723922 B.C. Ltd., Incorporation Number 0723922 and/or 582820 B.C. Ltd., Incorporation Number BC0582820, subject to the terms and conditions as noted in Appendix B of the Administrative Report.

B. THAT no legal rights or obligations shall arise or be created until all legal documentation has been executed in full and on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the City’s Director of Legal Services.

THAT Mr. John Wallace and Ms. Arlene Henry be reappointed to the Building Board of Appeal for a period of three (3) years, expiring June 30, 2011.
