On Wednesday, April 23, 2008, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2008 will be granted to Linh Quach (the “License Applicant”) for business premises located at 1235 Nanaimo Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”).
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Linh Quach will represent himself.
