On Tuesday, February 26, 2008, a Chauffeur's Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether the cancellation by the Chief Constable of the Chauffeur's Permit (the "Permit") issued to Yonas Habtegher Haile should be upheld.
Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . The Applicant will represent himself.
