The attached memorandum dated January 29, 2008, from the Coordinator – BIA Program, refers.
Staff will first review the balance of the agenda and process, and will then make a brief presentation on the following Project by Initiative:
Dunbar Village – Proposed BIA
AFTER THE STAFF PRESENTATION COUNCIL WILL HEAR REPRESENTATIONS ON THE QUESTION OF WHETHER THE PROJECT SHOULD PROCEED OR NOT.
AFTER REPRESENTATIONS HAVE CONCLUDED, COUNCIL WILL DETERMINE WHETHER THERE ARE ANY OTHERS WISHING TO SPEAK.
