1.   Harpreet Singh Gill (the "Applicant")

 

On Tuesday, January 29, 2008, a Chauffeur's Permit Appeal Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2008 Chauffeur's Permit should be issued to Harpreet Singh Gill.

Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . Russ Chamberlain Q.C., will represent Mr. Gill.
