On Tuesday, November 27, 2007, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2007 City of Vancouver business license granted to 0406001 B.C. Ltd. doing business as Pinewood Apartment House (the “Licensee”), for business premises located at 2131 Pandora Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Premises”) should be suspended or revoked.

Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver.  Mr. Gurdyal Singh Sahota, 0406001 B.C. Ltd., will represent himself.
