At the Regular Council meeting on July 26, 2007 following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets, the attached motion was submitted and notice given by Councillor Louie. In accordance with Section 5.4(c) of the Procedure By-law, the Motion was placed on the Agenda for the next Regular Council meeting to be held on July 27, 2007, immediately following the meeting.
