On Wednesday, June 13, 2007, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2007 will be granted to Menasbo Kiros (the "License Applicant") doing business as Afro Canadian Restaurant, for business premises located at 324 Cambie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . Derek Creighton, Access Law Group, will represent the License Applicant.
