ADOPTION OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of February 15, 2007, to be adopted.
1. 2007 Property Taxation: Land Assessment Averaging (Video Clip of this Item)
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on February 15, 2007 authorized the Director of Finance to place advertisements advising the public that Council is considering enacting an averaging by-law and inviting input at today's meeting.
The relevant Report dated February 5, 2007, and extract from the February 15th meeting are attached for information.
The relevant by-law will be dealt with at the Council meeting immediately following the City Services and Budgets meeting.
