1.    Wah Wong and Kathleen Yang dba a One Family Dwelling

3115 East Georgia Street

Vancouver , BC

On Wednesday, February 7, 2007, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2007 City of Vancouver business license granted to Wah Wong and Kathleen Yang (the "licensee") doing business as a One Family Dwelling, for business premises located at 3115 East Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked.

Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . Mr. Wong and Ms. Yang will represent themselves, with the aid of a Cantonese interpreter.
