1.    Victor Leung doing business as Red Way Cafe

874 East Hastings Street

On Thursday, November 30, 2006, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2006 business license (the "License") issued to Victor Leung doing business as Red Way Cafe (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 874 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").

Iain K. Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . Mr. Leung will represent himself. A Cantonese interpreter will be present.
