1. Presentation: Vancouver Port Authority Update (video clip of this item)
Gordon Houston, President and CEO, and Tom Winkler, Vice-President and CFO, Vancouver Port Authority, will present an overview of the Port of Vancouver .
2. 916 East 11th Avenue - Warning to Prospective Purchasers
Staff have requested that this item be withdrawn.
3. 2900 East Broadway - Rezoning Policy Issue (video clip of this item)
The attached Policy Report dated October 31, 2006, refers.
The report has been sent to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
4. Ecodensity Initiative (video clip of this item)
At its meeting on November 14, 2006, Vancouver City Council will receive a Report Reference entitled "Ecodensity Initiative" and, as speakers are anticipated, will subsequently hear speakers on the recommendations contained in the report at the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment meeting on November 16, 2006.
NOTE FROM CLERK: Please retain the Report Reference material regarding "Ecodensity Initiative" from the Regular Council package on November 14, 2006, for this meeting.
5. World AIDS Day (video clip of this item)
At its meeting on November 16, 2006 , Vancouver City Council referred this item to the Standing Committee on Planning and Environment meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2006 , in order to hear from speakers.
Accordingly, the attached Motion refers.
Interested parties have been notified.
