At the Regular Council meeting on October 17, 2006, the attached motion entitled "Actions to Address Homelessness" was submitted by Councillor Capri. Councillor Cadman called Notice under Section 5.4(c) of the Procedure By-law. Subsequently, at the Regular Council meeting immediately following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting of October 19, 2006, Council referred the item to a future Standing Committee Meeting in order to hear from speakers.
7. Planning Process for Development of Cultural Precincts (Video Clip of this Item)
Vancouver City Council, at its meeting on October 31, 2006, referred this item to the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on November 2, 2006, in order to hear from people wishing to speak. Due to time constraints at the City Services and Budgets meeting, the matter was referred to the Planning and Environment Committee meeting later that day.
