On Wednesday, October 18, 2006, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not the 2006 City of Vancouver business license granted to Christodoulos Korres doing business as A.J.K. Moving Ltd. (the "Licensee"), for business premises located at 834 East 10th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises") should be suspended or revoked .
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Jaspreet S. Malik, South Fraser Law Group, will represent Mr. Korres.
