On Wednesday, April 12, 2006, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2006 will be granted to 0750062 (the "License Appli ca nt"), doing business as Lucky Hotel/Park Regent for the business premises located at 134 Powell Street, Vancouver, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Licensed Premises").

Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The license appli ca nt will be represented by Jonathan Baker, Baker & Baker.
