On Thursday, March 9, 2006, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2006 will be granted to Hong Nhan Truong (the "License Applicant") for a Limited Service Food operation to be located at 654 Kingsway, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").

Catherine Kinahan, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver . The License Applicant, with the aid of a Vietnamese interpreter, will represent himself.
