On Tuesday, January 31, 2006, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to hear an appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2005 business license (the "License") issued to Frances Kathleen Maude Viscount doing business as Fran's Grocery (the "Licensee"), for business premises lo ca ted at 635 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").

Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. Glen Bell will represent Ms. Viscount.
