1.   Oaths of Office	Will be administered by the Honourable Judge Kenneth W. Ball to Mayor-Elect Sam Sullivan and then to the Councillors -Elect
2.   The Mayor will call the Council to order.
3.   The City Clerk will call the roll.
4.   Invocation by The Right Reverend Michael Ingham
5.   Mayor's Address
6.   Appointment of Deputy and Acting Mayors	Motion to approve:   Councillor Ladner Seconded by:     Councillor Anton
7.   Reinstatement and Appointment of Standing Committees	Motion to approve:   Councillor Ball Seconded by:     Councillor Capri
8.   Appointment of Council Representatives to Regional Bodies	Motion to approve:   Councillor Ladner Seconded by:     Councillor Lee
9.   Appointment of Council Representatives to Boards, Statutory Committees and Non-Profit Societies	Motion to approve:   Councillor Anton Seconded by:     Councillor Ball
10. 2006 Council Meetings Schedule	Motion to approve:   Councillor Ball Seconded by:     Councillor Anton

11.   Mayor Sullivan will present Badges of Office to the new members of Council:
